For sixty consecutive days, the "Israeli" occupation army has continued an intensive and systematic land, air, and naval aggression against the Northern Gaza Governorate. This aggression targets areas such as Jabalia Camp, Jabalia Town, Jabalia Al-Nazla, Beit Hanoun, Beit Lahia, Beit Lahia Project, and the surrounding areas. This ongoing aggression has resulted in over 3,700 martyrs and missing persons, with 2,400 of the martyrs already buried. Additionally, 10,000 people have been injured, and 1,750 have been detained. The occupation forces have also targeted and obstructed the work of civil defense teams in the governorate, destroyed vital sectors, particularly the healthcare sector, hospitals, water and sewage networks, infrastructure, roads, and streets, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in Northern Gaza, which we declare as a disaster-stricken area in every sense of the word
The Government Media Office has obtained over 500-650 live field testimonies from eyewitnesses, all adult men, confirming that bodies of martyrs have remained scattered in streets and roads for two months due to the occupation army's deliberate prevention of medical teams, relief workers, and civil defense teams from accessing these areas. Consequently, stray dogs have scavenged on the bodies, which have decayed to the extent that only bones remain. These bodies remain unidentified at the time of this statement
The "Israeli" occupation deliberately continues its barbaric and planned aggression against civilians, safe residential neighborhoods, displacement centers, and shelters, targeting and forcibly displacing tens of thousands of residents from their homes. This constitutes a crime against humanity under international law
The "Israeli" occupation persists in its systematic killing, extermination, mass destruction, and forced displacement, facilitated by U.S. backing and participation from the UK, Germany, and France. These plans are endorsed by the U.S., granting a green light for further massacres, genocide, and ethnic cleansing
The occupation has also escalated its crimes against humanity by weaponizing starvation and thirst, depriving civilians of aid, goods, food, and essential supplies. It has blocked over 8,000 trucks carrying aid and goods from entering Northern Gaza
Furthermore, the occupation has destroyed and displaced dozens of shelters and displacement centers that house tens of thousands of displaced residents seeking safety. It has also committed acts of bombing and demolishing homes, mosques, institutions, residential neighborhoods, hospitals, and markets, resulting in the massacre of thousands of civilians in a deliberate and brutal manner. The occupation has systematically prevented civil and humanitarian service teams from working, denied medical staff access to food, and subjected them to detention and torture. It has also obstructed critical medical campaigns, including a vaccination campaign against polio
*In light of these crimes against our Palestinian people in Northern Gaza, we wish to affirm the following
1. We condemn the "Israeli" occupation's crimes against humanity, massacres, ethnic cleansing, and genocide targeting tens of thousands of civilians, including children and women, in Northern Gaza. We call on all countries to denounce these horrific massacres against residential areas, civilians, hospitals, medical teams, mosques, and various civilian institutions
2. We hold the "Israeli" occupation, the U.S. administration, the UK, Germany, France, and all parties involved in the genocide fully responsible for the continuation of ethnic cleansing and systematic extermination against our Palestinian people, particularly in Northern Gaza, which has suffered from systematic killing and extermination
We call on the international community and all global and humanitarian organizations to fulfill their duties and adhere to international law and humanitarian law by providing humanitarian, health, and relief services and civil protection to hospitals, institutions, and civilian residential areas. We also urge them to pressure the "Israeli" occupation through all possible means to halt its heinous and brutal crimes against humanity and stop the genocide against defenseless civilians in Gaza, specifically in Northern Gaza
