We, in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), welcome the overwhelmingly passing of a resolution by the UN General Assembly, calling for a ceasefire in Gaza, enabling the civilian population there to have immediate access to basic services and humanitarian aid, and rejecting any attempt to starve the Palestinians
We have confirmed, across all the aggression’s stages, our positive response to any resolutions or initiatives that lead to a ceasefire, but the war criminal Netanyahu and his fascist ministers have ignored all efforts and resolutions, and have continued their brutal genocidal war against innocent civilians, with the full support and cover of the US administration
We call on the international community, including the Arab and Islamic countries as well as all influential countries, to work on compelling the fascist occupation government to implement this resolution, which reflects the global conscience demanding an end to the brutal genocide in Gaza, and to take steps to bring the occupation leaders, war criminals, to the International Criminal Court (ICC), in implementation of the arrest warrents issued against them and to hold them accountable for their crimes against humanity
