The complicit US administration in the Zionist war crimes has, for months, attempted to obstruct the court's decision by intimidating the court and its judges and seeking to dissuade it from fulfilling its duty to hold the occupation accountable for its ongoing crimes in the Gaza Strip. This step represents *a significant historical precedent and a correction to a long history of injustice against our people,* alongside the concerning disregard for the heinous violations our people have endured over 76 years of fascist occupation.
We call on the ICC to expand its scale of accountability to include all the occupation criminal leaders, ministers, and fascist military officers, who have perpetrated atrocities against our Palestinian people and committed the most heinous acts of killing, terrorism and starvation known to modern history.
We also call on all countries worldwide to cooperate with the court in bringing the Zionist war criminals, Netanyahu and Gallant, to justice and to work immediately to stop the genocidal crimes against the defenseless civilians in the Gaza Strip.
