The death toll among Palestinians includes (1) 471 people killed in the massacre of bombing the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital on October 17, 2023, (2) over 95 members of the civil defense rescue teams killed while on duty, (3) at least 1,068 medical staff and (4) 258 UNRWA staff killed by the Israeli occupation army
